I want to use this space today to bring to your attention an additional feature
on this site.
There is no way that I can overstate the importance of letting your voice be heard
in Washington. It is crucial that our elected representatives hear from us not only
in the voting booth at election time, but all the time and on so many important issues.
On this site on the upper right side you will find "Write To Congress" and
it is so easy to use. Type in your zip code and no matter where you are, the information
will come up for your particular area and give you the names and the contact information
you need to reach them.
Take a look at all the tabs. Open them up to see what is offered there. Become informed
on the issues, the bills pending and those already acted on. Check on your representative
and how he or she voted on the bills. You may approve and again, you may not. Let them know.
If you are as concerned about what is happening in America today as I am, and if you
have been as frustrated as I have been about the Washington "good ol boy" mentality
and mutual admiration society where our elected officials go along to get along, then
right here is a good place to begin your personal campaign to let your elected officials
know exactly how you feel about what is going on or not going on.
Please feel free to use it as much and as often as you wish. Be decent. Be respectful.
Be firm. You and I can make a difference if we will work together and alongside all
the other concerned groups trying to do the same. Try it out.

Dear God, I confess that I am a sinner and I am sorry for all the wrong I have done. I believe Your Son Jesus died on the cross for my sins. Please forgive me. I invite you, Jesus, to come into my heart and into my life as my personal Lord and Savior. I turn over the balance of my life to you. Please give me the desire to be what you want me to be, and to do what you want me to do. Thank you for dying on the cross for my sins. I accept Your free pardon from sin and Your gift of eternal life.
The Bible says if I will believe in my heart and confess with my mouth the Lord Jesus, I will be saved. I do believe in my heart, and I do confess with my mouth that Jesus is my Savior.
Thank you for hearing and answering my prayer.

If you were to follow some of the examples of Godly women in the Bible, you would consider the following guidelines:
Make knowing God the top priority. It is so easy to get so involved in the business of home and family life that the priority is left behind.
Commit to knowing and living in Truth. Do not allow ideas and opinions of others to deter you. Only the truth will set you free!
Seek healthy Christian relationships. Your friendship and fellowship with those of like precious faith is extremely important to you.
